Our Opening Party is scheduled for Friday May 22nd at the host hotel from 6 - 10 PM

Bat check and player registration check-in also run from 6-10 PM at the hotel.

(Note: for those unable to attend the Opening Party, bat check and player registration check-in will also be held at the fields on Saturday - look for registration table in the center of the Arcadia complex.)

All bats MUST be checked and sticker-ed prior to play.
